Donna Noble returns as Series 4 gets underway. What did you make of her 'full-time' debut story? Smile

Butch and Sundance. Great stuff, entertaining and silly and yet still heartfelt. I welcomed the return of Donna and she didn't disappoint. 5 Wilf happy dances out of 5.

I thought it was an excellent season opener, and the unexpected Rose cameo was great. Not quite good enough for a 5, but a 4+

I fully admit that re-introducing Donna Noble as a character had me worried. From our brief introduction to her in "Runaway Bride", she struck me a new century version of Tegan Jovanka. This story blew those worries away, and then some.

That whole pantomime routine between the Doctor and Donna, the repeated missed re-introductions, the animated fat. This is a story that very quickly rose to be a personal favorite. And a rare 5 from me.
