I nearly gave it a 1 because I got it mixed up with The Sensorites. I don't think I've seen it.
Actually, since writing the above I've just seen the DVD on my shelf, but have no recollection of watching it. Will watch this week.

I have no memory of this story, apart from a vague impression of a bunker-like building on a beach...
