Children in Need 2008
The thread for discussion of all the doubtlessly hilarious proceedings tonight.
Re: Children in Need 2008
The entire evening was a triumph of hilarity and professionalism.Doc Filth wrote:The thread for discussion of all the doubtlessly hilarious proceedings tonight.
*there, that saves me having to actually watch the thing - is satisfied*

And what about the programme itself, young man! I am much looking forward to that two minute pre-titles sequence from 'The Next Doctor'. It will be my Who fix to carry me through to Christmas itself.

I really want to remain spoiler free for it.

Does it count as a spoiler when its been broadcast on BBC One to millions of people?Johnstone McGuckian wrote:I really want to remain spoiler free for it.
Anyway, I swear they could just repeat a previous year's CIN broadcast and no one would notice the difference. Still, I didn't know Claire Goose is now appearing in The Bill.

I don;t think viewers of The Bill know Claire Goose is now appearing in it...
Re: Children in Need 2008
I've only seen the show since the DW clip but something doesn't seem right.
Has Wogan been at the sherry and is the studio audience comatose?
It's like a wake.

The Top Gear/Ashes To Ashes bit was quite amusing - http://www.bbc.co.uk/pudsey/ontv/#other_video_35 - though I was rather distracted by the awful accuracy of Chris Skelton's new 80s highlights.
Re: Children in Need 2008
That was excellent.
And I have to 'fess up to having the very same highlights 20 something years ago.
