A somewhat urgent plea/request/cry for help

Post by Johnstone McGuckian on Thu Dec 11, 2008 12:12 pm

I need to get myself a copy of The Savages fairly soon for the gapathon but I cannot find it for sale anywhere. Last time I looked it was a fiver on Play.com but now it's only up as used. So is there anywhere I can find it. This is the one story I need untill I'm done completely.

It's far more expensive than that on Amazon. Alternatively, could this be a good opportunity to try a reconstruction, if you haven't got around to trying them before? I've not seen this one myself but Loose Cannon have done some excellent ones. I enjoyed their Marco Polo even more than I did the ordinary Keys of Marinus (quality of storyline notwithstanding)! Not listened to it yet. I'm waiting for the napathon to reach it. Only a few days as we're up to The Ark now. I'll let you know.

I'd like to thank Barnaby again, I am truely greatful.

AS a point of interest, when does the Napathon reach The Gunfighters? Thursday?

Cool. I now have, I *think* every classic episode in some form or another, but I've been behaving myself and waiting til everyone else catches up Smile.

I've managed to get them all from, errm, various sources. Interestingly one of these, errm, various sources has provided me with a 75%ish recoloured version of Ambassadors.

Mine are all from the same *ahem* source. I'm going to have check them all first, and in sufficient time to arrange replacement copies, in the event of any that don't work.

Hope all of them work for you. I realised that in 2 weeks time I'll have seen or heard all episodes. Just 7 to go (1,2&3 of Toymaker and all of Savages)
