Misheard or Misunderstood Song Lyrics - What you Think They Are and what they Should Be

So, which lyrics have you misheard for years and then been quite surprised about when you have seen the written down?

For years I have been mishearing the line "Just be close at hand." from the chorus of You don't have to say you love me as "Just because you can".

For absolutely ages I laboured under the impression that the lines

"Billie Jean is not my lover
She's just a girl who claims that I am the one"

From the Michael Jackson song of the same name was actually:

"Billie Jean is not my Mom
She's just a girl who claims that I am her son".

Don't ask why I heard that - because I certainly don't know.

In Madonna's "La Isla Bonita" it don't half sound like she says 'chop the goolie'.......
