Christmas Ident Empty Christmas Ident

Post by Lee Carey Thu Dec 03, 2009 4:14 am

I'm surprised no-one else has posted this, but courtesy of Cameron at GB/Blogtor Who, here's a link to the Dr Who BBC Christmas Ident.

And rather nice it is too...

Although I'm waiting for the first criticism that it's non-canon! Razz

You're right, C=O! It is non-canon. And it lacks the gravitas of the Hinchcliffe years. 0/10 Uncool!

(But then, no one ever listens to us Ming-Mongs.)

Well, that completely destroys the ending of "Waters of Mars". How can we expect to believe that the Doctor could take anything seriously after all that?

How amazingly festive and fun! A triumph!

Unfortunately, the TARDIS base is wrong, so 0/10 uncanon.

Good news and bad news. The good news is that the reindeer in question was wearing blinders, not an eyepatch. The bad news? Well, this particular reindeer, wearing the blinders, was reported by eyewitnesses to have said, "The North Pole is a cold, high place, overlooking the Earth. It contains a secret, one we shall discover together." And this reindeer referred to his co-conspirator as "Nyssa".
