What if it had been the 7th Doctor at Stonehenge?
How would that speech to the Alliance have sounded?
Why, a lot like this

I liked that. The interview could have been a bit more tactful in the way he raised the subject, but it just goes to show that Sylvester McCoy is a lot better actor than he is given credit for, and on the whole the faults of the series a quarter of a century ago were all down to the quality of the writing.

Ah, McCoy was always good. I think he should overdub the entire of Series 5.

Sylvester is a really good actor - trust me on this.
I've oft got folk to recreate part of a scene from time gone by, but have never considered giving them more modern material.

I know it was acted in humour, and not meant to be taken seriously, but I turned off after "HHHHHHeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllooooooooooooooooooo Sssstttttttttttoooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnneeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeennnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Said with all the subtlely of "Tttttttttttthhhhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeee wwwwwwwwiiiiiiiiiiillllllllllll bbbbbbbbbbbeeeeeeeeeee nnnnnnnnnnnoooooooooo wwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrr hhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeee!"
Can't say I was impressed, unfortunately. Which pretty well mirrors my opinion of the seventh Doctor era. Sorry.

I've heard that he's a good actor, but have yet to see him do any good acting. Maybe his upcoming turn as Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrradogast will prove the naysayers wrong.

Not one of Sylv's finest moments. He's always better when he's not required to shout.

He was adequate in the TV movie, when he wasn't required to talk.
