Missing Episodes Found!

As predicted by barnaby at yesterday's Wrinkly Drinkly, Galaxy Four part 3 and The Underwater Menace part 2 have been found and were screened today at the BFI. Full story here.

Brilliant news. I'm afraid I had rather resigned myself to no more being found so I'm delighted these have turned up and now feel renewed hope that more will be found (an episode or two of The Daleks' Masterplan would be nice...)

If just one more episode were to be found, then in my ideal world it would be Power of the Daleks 6.

Well, I certainly wouldn't object to that being found! However, were three to be found, I would like an episode of Daleks' Masterplan to be one (or two?) of them.

Actually, why don't we just have the whole of Power of the Daleks and all the missing episodes of The Daleks' Masterplan found. Who could possibly object to that idea?

I always love hearing that missing episodes have been found.

I'm hoping that the next major "find" are the two missing episodes from The Moonbase. I have a sentimental attachment to that story.

Amazing! I think the Galaxy 4 clip in particular is awesome. Fingers crossed for next year.

DWAS has been advised that the BBC intends to hold a one-off public screening of the episodes. The where and when aren't known, but apparently an announcement will be made soon.

Brilliant news. So glad that this has finally happened. Hopefully this won't be it.
