A Timelash Special Edition?
Given the release today of the Vengeance on Varos special edition, its about time Timelash was revisited. It has the least special features of any of the DVD releases. Yes its one of the weaker stories, though nowhere near as bad as its made out tobe by some. It has Paul Darrow in it after all.

My point is that the 'Timelash' DVD has the sparsest range of special features of any of the DVD releases. Yet is a better story than 'Time Flight', 'Delta & the Bannermen' & several others I could mention. Also Paul Darrow is in it.

I'm with you when you say it's better than Time Flight and Delta & The Bannermen. But Timelash is hardly a classic, despite the presence of Paul Darrow.

Timelash is nowhere near as good as Delta and the Bannermen! I will give you Time-Flight though.

Oh, I don't know. I mean, if you had lived amongst the CIA, as I have, and learned their ways, you would know that they were never as clueless as the two Intelligence Officers portrayed in "Bannermen". For that reason, it lacks gravitas and plays fast and loose with the sense of paranoia present at the time. Lest we forget, the launch of Sputnik actually shook the American establishment to it's core.
Also, I don't think it's credible that anyone would look for crashed space hardware in Wales, no matter what Torchwood tried to make us believe. If you had lived amongst the Welsh, as I have, and learned their ways you would know that the presence of advanced technology anywhere near the Gower coast can only be the result of English interference in the natural order of the country.
