I do like me some symphonic metal. Although I prefer the girls voices to the boys.

If we're talking all-girl bands, then try this (the '& Billy Idol') only refers to the video, thankfully:

John Lennon - God
I've put solo efforts by the other (worthwhile) Beatles on, so it'd be wrong to forget this guy. I'm different to Lennon though, I believe in magic, Zinneman, Elvis and The Beatles, and (like most sane people) I occasionally believe in me.

I'll get the list up New Year's Day. I'm afraid I'm away from the Wonderful Spreadsheet of Oz. Today you have chosen my favourite Ramones song. Admittedly, I only know the one album, though....

Re: Music Library [PART 2]
I picked up "The Fiction We Live" by From Autumn to Ashes thinking it was a nice little rock album. Turns out it's something called "Screamcore". Whoops! Oh well, I gave it a listen and didn't like it very much, except for one song right in the middle, with a girl guest vocalist. This is totally unrepresentative of the band, and I love it.

Phil Ochs - When I'm Gone
A beautiful song of a hopeless man trying to give himself hope. Please ignore the utterly s*** video.
