I haven't seen the pilot, and I'm not sure I want to. I had no problem with the prologue - it was quick, simple and set the viewer up ready to go.

Really enjoying the concept, the characters, and the direction.

Plus, the Arse of Tovey is a thing of beauty to be cherished forever.

Episode 2 was magnificent. Lucy McG is spot on with her reading of the series. Best thing on telly. Review on blog, of course.

I thought the pacing was a bit off this week. It seemed to reach several natural end points at various times throughout the episode.

Plenty of nuddy Tovey though, so I remain happy.

My mate is also a huge fan of nuddy Tovey. If Tovey's Bum gets any more followers, it will soon merit its own mention in the credits.

I am clearly getting worse. I initially read that as 'If Tovey's Bum gets any more flowers...' If this keeps up, I'm going to find myself writing strange letters to the Celestial Toyshop.

Being Human - Page 2 Empty Being Human

Finally caught up with the first episode of this series. I like most of the cast changes, but think the new Herrick is a bit bland. I though that WolfGeorge was to funny to be really frightening, although a damn site better than any of the Werewolf suits that graced Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Being Human is everything that Demons wants to be but isn't.

To the Editor,

Whilst watching a new entertainment on BBC3, I was disturbed to see that an actor formerly known for playing a leading role in a 'Doctor Who' Christmas special actually appeared naked on screen. This is most distressing.

As you know, 'Doctor Who' is a children's show. As a licence fee payer, I am most disturbed to see pictures of young men who appeared on 'Doctor Who' frollicking about naked on BBC3. Apart from anything else, the actor concerned was clearly seen to roll about on a forest floor. This is clearly unhygienic. There could be all kinds of animal matter there, and showing the actor relishing this experience is clearly WRONG.

I was so shocked, I couldn't believe my eyes. I had to watch the recording five times before I was satisfied that I was not being erroneous.

Yours, etc, etc...

Episode 3 was fab again. And we got more of Tovey's bum and much more of Turner's lovely hairy chest. Yum.

Shallow, moi? Perish the thought.
