Jade Goody has died

Sympathies go out to her family and especially her children for their loss, on mothers day too.

sad - but hopefully an end to the repellent media circus that has surrounded her and her kids over the last few months.

the likes of desmond and clifford make me want to puke- the hypocrisy of the tabloid press in this country beggars belief. i think she was ill advised to draw out her illness on camera and think the financial rewards for her sons will be accompanied by some psychological problems.

the only good thing is that it may have raised awareness of cervial cancer. amongst chavs.

Am I alone in finding it incredibly suspicious that the Jade Goody Memorial issue of OK Magazine was released before she died, and how she somehow managed to time her death for the morning news broadcasts on Mothers Day.

Or even why the first person phoned by her mother after her death was her publicist, Max Clifford...

Still, all sympathies for her children.

Never met her, but I saw her on telly a few times and she was awful. My sympathies to her children for having such a horrible family, a family quite willing to subject them to the psychological horror of having their mother making such an event out of her own death.

I agree with most of what's been said here:

It is indeed sad that 2 children have lost their mother at such a young age. And it's sad whenever anyone dies of cancer. But the way she went about publicising her own death is nothing short of horriffic. And to think that in 10, 15, 20 or whatever number of years time her children will see that footage of their mum slowly falling to pieces and dying. Not something you'd want to really.

She didn't have the sence to know what she was doing and Clifford just doesn't give one either way. As a result these kids are probably going to be psychologicaly damaged.

Let's face it, though - those kids would have turned out damaged whether their mum was alive or not. Let's hope the horrific Grandma Jackiey isn't bringing them up.
