Hooray for Carey Mulligan
Carey had won Best Actress at the BAFTA's for her performance as Jenny in "An Education". Let's hope it's an omen for the Oscars.

Re: Hooray for Carey Mulligan
Was she nominated for an Oscar?
Ah, Carey Milligan. Well done. It seems like only yesterday, you were having one-sided conversations with a DVD Easter Egg.

Re: Hooray for Carey Mulligan
This creates a dilemma for me. While I think the world of Carey Milligan, I've had a serious crush on Sandra Bullock for decades. (Why she had to go an marry... him!... when I was available, is beyond me.) So now, who do I root for in the best actress category?

Re: Hooray for Carey Mulligan
I wonder if the fact Sandra Bullock got a Golden Razzie for Worst Actress in "All About Steve" yesterday will hurt her chances for a best actress Oscar tonight.

You were right, C=O, the Razzie didn't hurt Sandra's chances at all.

On the whole, and extremely predictable outcome from the Oscars.
