It seems our favorite Time Lord, in celebrating the Forty-Seventh anniversary of his travels in time and space, has not been alone. Apparently, the BBC archive have seen fit to celebrate this birthday by releasing some documents dating to 1962, describing how the character of the Doctor, and the format of the show, was to be structured.

Wibbly Wobbly... back in time we go.
