13 episodes spread across two seasons, with funding from a German channel and BBC Worldwide(!) no less - mostly due to Primeval's popularity on BBC America.

I have to say...I'm all gleeful. I'm glad it's back, here's hoping the 13 eps to come are awesome.

I wonder if this means that ITV cancel it again after the first batch of episodes, BBC One gets a chance to broadcast the remaining episodes?
