No. Cos they're more interesting as legends and the universe is more complicated without them around.

As wildly divergent as the answers so far have been, I find it interesting that two Wrinklies have have a similar thought on what Tennant's last words will be:

"Don't Forget Me." (Nick and Zoltar)

Personally, I'd like it if that was Tennant's last bit of dialogue.
