Re: Game of Thrones
Yes - have just obtained episode 5, but not watching it till this evening. I've read the books, so I know most of the twists that are coming, but they're still fantastically executed on screen.
Re: Game of Thrones
I'm working my way through the books now. So far I'm half way through Clash of Kings.

It's the funniest show on TV.

Re: Game of Thrones
I'm assuming that I'm not the only one who has seen the latest episode?

Re: Game of Thrones
Just re-read the first book as the cyber daughter has it out of the library - need to read the rest, will probably not watch the series till (if ever) it becomes available on a free view channel.
I think the casting for Tyrion Lannister is right on the button though - will probably be worth watching just for that. And dragons, everything is better with dragons!!

Re: Game of Thrones
Have now "finished" the books and am very disappointed that the stories have mostly not come to a conclusion - I'm now waiting for "The winds of winter" somewhat impatiently!
