Rate "The Curse Of Peladon"

The Doctor is once again subjected to yo-yo treatment by the Time Lords.  On this occasion, he is sent to the planet Peladon, a world currently in negotiations to join an intersteller Federation.  Those negotiations, however, are being sabotaged, and the Doctor suspects the culprits are his old foes, the Ice Warriors.  But as the mystery deepens, and the body count mounts, the Doctor's suspicions may prove to be disastrously incorrect.  And that's before we get to Alpha Centauri, one of the most bizarre aliens we've ever encountered.

So, what did you think of our first trip to Peladon?

Some good new monsters, plus the return of the Ice Warriors. Pertwee's total lack of trust in them makes for an intersting sub plot - but ultimately it's only an average story. 3/5.

In addition to what the Cyber-one has said, I think this story was also a bit hurt by the story which followed it. This one, in hindsight, is a bit of a confused run-around. 2/5
