I think the Simon & Garfunkel song is "Bridge Over Troubled Water." But I like your rating categories, C=O. Well played.

Re: Rate "Dark Water"
I understand that Troubles Water is rarely smoothe...
Anyway, I went for 4/5 - thought it was really good, strange, dark and different, then crashed horrendously in the past couple of minutes. Right up until she said it, I was hoping it was going to be 'Mistress. Just like K9 used to call me.'

Can't rate this until I've seen Death in Heaven.

Re: Rate "Dark Water"
Nick, I would require one heck of a big, expositional info-dump to have it explained to me how Romana could become villainous, start collecting people at the moment of their death, and collaborate with the Cybermen before I could bring myself to believe it. Which brings to me to Missy... I didn't see that particular plot twist coming. The whole idea of the Nethersphere was inventive and rather creepy. And it begs the question about whether Danny's accident was the result of someone potentially pushing him in front of a car.
Can I just say that I think Michelle Gomez is remarkable as Missy. She's both flirtatious and menacing. I like it. 4/5 from me.

Re: Rate "Dark Water"
I'm pretty sure I'm not really a Doctor Who fan any more, because the revelations in this story did nothing but amuse, delight, disturb and entertain me.
Excellent stuff.

2/5, because it wasn't nearly as bad as "Death in Heaven".
