An Adventure in Space and Time - Possible Spoilers
As I'm sure all Wrinklies know, filming for the much anticipated Mark Gatiss documentary on the origins and early days of Doctor Who has been taking place across London throughout February. My appetite has certainly been whetted. Here is a summary of what's been seen.

Oh, that still from the TARDIS interior is magic.
C=O, did they film all the Hartnell episodes at Television Centre? I thought in the early years of the show, they filmed at Leavesdon.

They started at Lime Grove Studio D. The majority were there (occasionally Studio G), but also used were TVC and Riverside. Verity Lambert battled to get Who into the, then, still new TVC permanently but it was way down the priority list.

Re: An Adventure in Space and Time - Possible Spoilers
Did the Lime Grove building actually look the way it was depicted on "The Hour"?

Some of the companions from the Hartnell era have tiny "blink & you'll miss them cameos" in this.

Nope, but I'm sure it will very close to the anniversary itself. I have more beans to spill, but these are about the design and costumes more than anything else.

Re: An Adventure in Space and Time - Possible Spoilers
This really does look quite amazing. Though, obviously, it's not going to be 90 minutes of recreating scenes from old episodes!
I wonder if there may be extended DVD/Blu Ray release with more "episodes footage"

Re: An Adventure in Space and Time - Possible Spoilers
I have a question, C=O. How can there be spoilers associated with what is essentially a Biopic, about which all of us are already pretty well acquainted?

Re: An Adventure in Space and Time - Possible Spoilers
We aren't mean to know how the story will be told or which former companions will make cameos or how it ends. Even though we do know quite a few of those things.
