Well, fans, we have arrived. The end of Series 9 is at hand. I have to say I think its been a tremendous series, but we do have some story lines to tie up. Here's a fairly big one: where is Gallifrey now? Also, who is ultimately responsible for the Doctor having found his way there? Is Ashildr somehow working with the Time Lords? And does any of this have a bearing on Clara fate? Lots of questions. And, of course, a slight comfort over the fact that after Saturday night, we only have to wait three weeks for the Christmas Special. So here is your brief:

“Is it a sad song?”

“Nothing’s sad till it’s over. Then everything is.”

“What’s it called?”

“I think it’s called Clara.”

“Tell me about her."

If you took everything from him, and betrayed him, and trapped him, and broke both his hearts... how far might the Doctor go? It is time, at last, for the Doctor's confession.

One last time before the end of Series 9. And, of course, standard spoiler warnings apply. This thread will be unlocked following UK transmission of the episode. If you happen to live on the other side of the pond, or in Australia or some other place, and you wander into this thread before you've seen the story, be advised that anyone who has seen it is perfectly free to post their thoughts, comments and theories about what has been presented. Which means you may learn something you'd rather not have learned until seeing the story for yourself. That warning in place, post away...
