Looks like a vest like top and trunks, not panties to me, so I'll stand by Mrs Lee here and say they're PJs...

Nothing to do with avoiding the Dread Frying Pan of Doom that she wields with the finesse of a champion baseball player, oh no. They're PJs, nuff said.

Oh yeah! I thought you already knew that.

Also she's too heavy to be that supported without a bra unless they're implants, but then that'd ruin the implants.

Nah, those are definitely boy-short knickers.

In other news, I've found what appears to be a bear sitting at a computer. Shocked

There's also what appears to be a giant fish climbing over a balcony wall.

Why would a fish have a balcony wall in it's underwear?

Oh that's very kind. I'll have a G&T, ice and a slice of lime.

Meanwhile, the fish: look at the row of shopfronts just behind the entry to the dock. Find the one called Concord Pacific.

Scroll up to the row of apartments above the storefronts. Roughly right above the word Concord...that's what you're looking for.

Cancer Man was withholding it so the aliens would have something to entertain them during the downtime in their masterplan.
