Who should be the members of the new Torchwood team? Top 5 win!

I've gone for Jack and Gwen, with Rhys, Andy and Ianto's brother in law, who should never be named and should always be referred to as Ianto's brother in law.

Andy for laughs, Rhys for driving and Ianto's brother in law as the muscle.

And which one of the new members will start polishing his stopwatch with Jack?

Jack and Gwen definitely. Johnson and Dekker could be semi-regular characters, when the Team needs to talk to the Government, or need additional resourses such as manpower. I would keep Rees and PC Andy as regular characters, but not as members of the actual team, as they are valuable for audience identification. I think Lois would also be in the team as well, doing the job Ianto used to do, PR/Admin/Making the Coffee. So that means drafting in a new medic and techy.

Lois Habiba for her good looks.

Martha Jones ditto. (Plus she's a medic. Lois can be the replacement Ianto.)

Mickey Smith for the muscle.

Dekker to be the amoral creepy tech guy.

Gwen to leap out of ambulances with both guns blazing, and also do the caring social worker thing when necessary.

No Jack, 'cos he's a knob.

Ianto's Brother In Law and Dekker - because then it's The Odd Couple with aliens.

Instead of a hub, it should take place in a pub with a shed, where Dekker lives and is sarcastic to people.

And the first episode will feature an attempt, by a remnant of the 3rd Reich, to clone Hitler and turn him into a massive battle-cyborg (that combines with other cloned members of the High Command to form a transforming Nazi mecha-robot thing). Ianto's Brother In Law nuts Hitler, Mr. Dekker is very sarcastic to him and we end on a song.
