Why do you think I've been low profile this past fortnight?

Doesn't look particularly Surrey-ish to me.

Alright, I'm particularly familiar with Surrey. So you tell me: does Surrey have mist-covered mountains?

Re: Universal Exports - The James Bond Thread
I was watching Tomorrow Never Dies recently. Having been to Hamburg twice and feeling that I now know the City fairly well, it was lovely to see so many familiar places. But then there is the surreality of the multi storey car park which is actually Brent Cross in North West London.

Re: Universal Exports - The James Bond Thread
I had a similar experience on my JB tour back in May. It was fascinating to spot the high-rise building where Bond kills Patrice in Skyfall right in London, only to observe that it was no where near 100 stories tall.

Re: Universal Exports - The James Bond Thread
We are now one year and counting to the release of the next Bond film. Apparently, the official script read-through will occur sometime after the 17th of November, and principle photography itself is scheduled to begin the week of December 8th.

Re: Universal Exports - The James Bond Thread
I heard a rumor that the next Bond was to be a two-parter, any idea how true that is?

Re: Universal Exports - The James Bond Thread
As far as I'm aware, Mendez is only back to direct this film. If its a two-part story, you'd think there'd already be some pre-production news about it.

Interesting casting... CHRISTOPHER WALTZ to play central villain in Bond 24.
I wonder how he'd look with a shaved head and whitepussy cat?

Re: Universal Exports - The James Bond Thread
I was right! The title of the next Bond film is "SPECTRE," and they very conveniently (and coyly) did not name the character Mr. Waltz is playing in the film.
I am official eager to see this film now. Blofeld... Reborn!

Note how the cracks in the glass from the gun shot resemble the old SPECTRE octupus logo.

Very much looking forward to this next November - and, of course, The Force will awaken just a month later. Wow.

I completely agree with you, C=O. FYI, 2015 will be the 50th anniversary of Thunderball.
